7 Plus Holiday Courses in London
7 Plus holiday courses are a vital part of your child’s exam preparation. Our intensive courses are designed for children applying to competitive London schools such as Alleyn’s, Dulwich College, JAGS, King’s, Highgate, NLCS, City Junior, Westminster and St Paul’s.
All our courses are conducted 1-2-1 to maximise educational progress. Each course covers the core subjects of Maths, Comprehension, Creative Writing and Reasoning. The courses run Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm, at our sites in Dulwich, Chelsea and Hampstead. You can take a course whether you are in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 — the material is tailored to your child’s age and stage.
Why 7 Plus Holiday Courses Are Essential
We find that most children need intensive work to reach the standard required for the 7 Plus exam. The curriculum acceleration needed to be one to two years ahead of the National Curriculum cannot be achieved through term-time lessons alone. Holiday courses provide concentrated, daily practice that builds momentum and embeds learning in a way that weekly sessions cannot match.

Easter Holiday Course (Year 1)
Our Easter holiday course in Year 1 is vital to accelerate curriculum acquisition and ensure that fundamental mathematical understanding is in place and advanced phonics understanding is secure. This is the foundation stage where we build the core skills that everything else depends on.
Summer Holiday Courses
Our summer holiday courses develop the advanced skills for mathematical problem solving and ensure that your child has mastered the full 7 Plus curriculum. This is where we move from foundational knowledge to application and speed. Children who complete our summer courses enter Year 2 significantly ahead of their peers.
October Holiday Courses (Year 2)
Our October holiday courses are the final intensive push before the January exams. We teach your child the strategies needed to approach standard reasoning exercises, explore the increasingly complex language being used for the comprehension task, and develop a story bank to ensure a brilliant creative writing essay. This is exam technique and confidence-building at its most focused.

Course Pricing
Holiday courses cost £1,200 – £1,500 per week depending on the programme. All courses are delivered 1-2-1 to ensure your child receives focused, individualised attention throughout.
