4 Plus Teacher and 7 Plus Teacher VACANCIES
We are always looking for excellent educators and have space for 4 Plus teachers and 7 Plus teachers. Do please consider applying if you would like to join our team. We never publish the names of our tutors, we never place a child with you who is at or applying to a school in which you teach. All applications are considered in the strictest confidence.
4 Plus Teachers
We are always interested in working with qualified teachers or HLTAs who have experience of working in 4 Plus schools. Our idea candidates are EYFS trained so that they have experience of working with younger applicants. You do not need to have prepared children before for the 4 Plus. We have a full training programme and our own pedagogy for that. However, you do need to know the standard that is required. We generally use Read, Write, Inc for Phonics work so some experience there is helpful.
Work is on Saturday and Sunday mornings based out of Hampstead, Dulwich or Chelsea. We also run holiday courses.
We will never place you with a child who is applying for your own school. We will never ask you questions that are unprofessional about your own school’s application process: we have our own relationships with the schools already.

7 Plus Teachers
We are always interested in working with qualified teachers who are Reception, Year 1, Year 2 or Year 3 teachers. You should have a track record of success with the 7 Plus or be working in an academically selective prep or all through school so are familiar with the standard.
We need teachers who can commit to a child for a year at a time. Work is on Saturday and Sunday mornings out of our Dulwich, Hampstead or Chelsea school sites. We also run holiday courses.
We will never place you with a child who is applying for your own school. We will never ask you questions that are unprofessional about your own school’s application process: we have our own relationships with the schools already.

Other Partners
We are always interested in new pedagogical approaches. We have several partnerships with technological and testing organisations and welcome more.
We also are interested in new ways of reaching our parents especially in the digital medium.
